In a small bowl add the yeast,3 table spoon flour 5 table spoon of warm water and mix together.

Cover and leave in a warm place,to rise and diuble and begin to form small bubble in it.set aside.

In another bowl add the remaining flour,sugar,salt and mix very well.

Now add the egg,sugar,melted butter,and the yeast batter(starter).mix throughly for about 10minutes,then fpld the sticky dough into a rough ball and place in a greased bowl.

Cover with a clean nylon,tilt to one side and leave for about 1hour, untill the dough doubles in size.

When the dough has risen,placed on a floured table,flatten with your psalms and rub a little flour on a sticky flatten dough.

Using a wide top of a glass cup,cut the flatten doughs into doughnuts rounds.

Heat up the oil,fry the dough in the oil for 1min for each sides.tranfer into sieve line with paper to absorb excess oil.
