Ingredients

  • 200 gbrown atta
  • 1/2beetroot grated
  • 2 tbspoon fresh fudina
  • 1 teaspoonajwain
  • 1 teaspoonchat masala
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonchilly powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonasafoetida
  • 2 tbspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspooncoriander & cumin powder

  1. 1

    Take a half beetroot peel and finely grated, add beetroot,fudina patta and 100ml water in the mixture jar and make a fine puree.now separate water from the puree with the help of strainer.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and beetroot water together and make chapati consistency dough but make sure not soo soft and soo hard.

  3. 3

    Now make small poori from the dough and fry it in to the medium hot oil.
