Steps

Take a half beetroot peel and finely grated, add beetroot,fudina patta and 100ml water in the mixture jar and make a fine puree.now separate water from the puree with the help of strainer.

Mix all ingredients and beetroot water together and make chapati consistency dough but make sure not soo soft and soo hard.

Now make small poori from the dough and fry it in to the medium hot oil.
