Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kg or 1 bowl-Boiled Rajma
  2. 1 Onion,
  3. 1 tomato,
  4. 1 tspgarlic,
  5. 1 tsp ginger -paste
  6. to tastered chilli,
  7. to tasteturmeric
  8. to tasteMDH kitchen king masala
  9. 3 table spoonOil -
  10. To tasteSalt,
  11. For Rice-
  12. 1 glass or 1/4 kg-rice
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 2 glassWater (double of rice)

Steps

  1. 1

    For rajma-Fry the paste of material in oil or ghee, add spices according to taste, add boiled rajma in it, Let it cook for 10 minutes. Close the gas and serve with rice.

  2. 2

    For boiled rice- take water add salt according to taste, when water began to boil add washed rice in it and half cover With lid, gas should be slow, When water is absorbed close the gas and cover the lid completely. After 5minuts serve the rice with rajma.
