Melt the butter then cool a little and beat in the eggs and cocoa.

Mix the dry ingredients together and then add to the chocolate mixture. Stir until well mixed.

Spray waffle iron with pam and cook for about 1-2 minutes each.

Serve with whip cream or ice cream, and a variety of toppings.
