1/4salt
1 tspbaking powder
3eggs
1 1/2 tbspvanilla
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1 cupchocolate chips
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cupbutter

mix dry ingredients set aside

in a mixer cream butter and sugar (both white and brown)

add vanilla and sour cream

add dry mix alternating with milk

mix till creamy then fold in the chocolate chips
