Preheat oven to 350°F

Slice one tube of cookie dough thin and place on cookie sheet. Press together on cookie sheet to form a crust. Set aside

In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and butter and mix until creamy. Add egg and mix until smooth and creamy

Pour over dough on cookie sheet and spread all over

Slice other tube of cookie dough thin and put on top of cream mixture close together.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
