  1. 1 boxprefried tofu
  2. 1 canblack bean mackerel
  3. 4small red chili pepper/ bird eye chili

  1. 1

    Paper towel the 2 large square prefried tofu then cut into 4 small square and add into pan together wirh the black bean mackerel and pan fried it till its light brown about 3 to 5 minutes

    Add in red chili pepper and cooked for another half a minute then off heat and serve
