Take ragi flour in a bowl.

Add salt, red chilli powder and water in it.

Mix it well.

Now cut potatoes.

Dip the slices of potato one by one and put it in the heated wok.

Make them done untill and unless it gets brown and crispy.

Now it's time for plating.

Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
