Par boil the rice and strain and keep aside

Heat a pan, add oil and allow the whole garam masala to splutter

Fry the chopped onions make sure it turns to be golden brown.

Now add the chicken and saute adding the ginger garlic paste

Add salt and the chilli powder and mix it well.

Cover till it becomes tender.

Now cover the cooked chicken with rice well.

Sprinkle biriyani masala ghee and atar soaked milk and cover.

Keep it in a low flame for 20 mins.

Serve it hot with Raita.
