Ingredients

1 hour
6 servings
  • 6chicken breasts
  • 3eggs (beaten)
  • 4 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cupchicken boullion
  • 2 packagessliced munster cheese
  • 3 tbspbutter to sauté chicken
  • milk/cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak chicken in beaten eggs (+ milk/cream if needed) overnight or at least several hours.

  2. 2

    Roll chicken in seasoned bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Sauté chicken until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Place in casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Add chicken bouillon.

  6. 6

    Cover in blanket layer of cheese.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350°F for 30 mins
