The recipe didn’t specify whether to precook the ground beef, so I did. If you precook the meet, be sure to completely cool it before topping the bisquik. Mine was slightly warm, and when I rolled the mixture, my bisquik mixture started splitting. Didn’t matter in the end though! Very good taste, even though my first attempt required forks, and wasn’t the prettiest! When I make this recipe again, I will increase the bisquik mixture amount, and chill it after rolling it out, but before topping it. Two thumbs up, and I highly recommend you try it!!!!
