Ingredients

  1. 1 kgpotatoes
  2. 1/2 cupWhite vinegar
  3. 1/2 cupApple vinegar
  4. 1 1/2 tbspcumin
  5. 1 tspdry ginger
  6. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and slice them.

  2. 2

    Soak potatoes in white vinegar and apple vinegar for about 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Drain potatoes from vinegar, then add cumin and ginger and salt.

  4. 4

    Fry potatoes with vegetable oil.
