Mix the cheeses, the yogurt, the olive oil and the herbs thoroughly, taste for salt and season accordingly.

Beat the eggs and add them to the mixture.

Mix thoroughly. The filling should be runny, if not, add the milk.

Brush your baking tray with butter.

Spread out two filo sheets and place a few small pieces of butter between them. Add half of the filling, place another filo sheet and then add the remaining half of the filling.

Brush the last filo sheet with a little milk or egg.

Spread the rest of the filo sheets with a few small pieces of butter between them.

Bake for about half an hour at 170°C, until golden brown.
