Ingredients

  1. 250 grmsrajma soaked and boiled
  2. 4onions chopped
  3. 2tomatoes(pureed)
  4. 1 tbspoon ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspoon jeera powder
  6. 1 tbspoon dhaniya Powder
  7. 1 tspoon turmeric powder
  8. 1 tspoon chilli powder
  9. 3-4green chillies slitted
  10. 1whole bay leaf and red chilli
  11. 3-4 pieceswhole garam masalas
  12. To tastesalt and sugar (optional)
  13. As neededoil and ghee
  14. As neededwater for boiling

    Heat a wok and add oil

  2. 2

    Now add the whole jeera,bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masalas and tamper

  3. 3

    Add the chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, saute​for a while till it becomes golden

  4. 4

    Add all the masala powder,salt and fry

  5. 5

    Add tomato puree and mix till it starts to release oil

  6. 6

    Now add the boiled rajmas and mix.

  7. 7

    Add water and allow it to boil.cover it and keep it on a low flame for a while

  8. 8

    Finally add ghee and sugar (optional) and mix well

  9. 9

    Garnish it with slitted green chillies and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
