Heat a wok and add oil

Now add the whole jeera,bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masalas and tamper

Add the chopped onion and ginger garlic paste, sautefor a while till it becomes golden

Add all the masala powder,salt and fry

Add tomato puree and mix till it starts to release oil

Now add the boiled rajmas and mix.

Add water and allow it to boil.cover it and keep it on a low flame for a while

Finally add ghee and sugar (optional) and mix well

Garnish it with slitted green chillies and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
