Ingredients

  1. 5buttermilk biscuits
  2. 1 lbpork sausage
  3. 4 tbspall-purpose flour
  4. 3/4 tspground black pepper
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350.

  2. 2

    Brown sausage in pan on stove, medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add flour and brown in pan with sausage.

  4. 4

    Add in pepper, salt, and milk to sausage pan - increase milk if necessary.

  5. 5

    Cook biscuits in oven 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Pour gravy over biscuits and serve.
