King Mushroom + Okra Stir-fry

Heat up a bit of oil in a wok or pan, add the ginger and spring onion first to create a fragrant aroma, then add the rest of ingredients.

Stir-fry for about four minutes on high heat and serve! The king mushrooms are delicious if you have access to them make sure to buy some!! :) Serve with rice.
