Grind the onion,garlic,ginger make paste it.grind the soked cashew nut.make a tamatoo puree..

Heat the cooking oil&butter in non sticky fry pan over medium flame.put a bay leaf..add onion paste turn it in brown colour..

Add ginger,garlic paste..add tamatoo puree.. it will take 5-10mint.add kasturi methi

1 1/2 cup milk and 2 cup water,salt,cook untill oil come into the surface

Add paneer cub.desire constantly gravy..add freah cream.mix properly.turn of the flame..

Transfered the curry into a bowl..then garnish it.serve it...
