Fish ko wash ke salt laga ke mustard oil ko smoke ke fish pcs fry ke le.

Isse oil main garlic saite ke onion paste dal ke bhune phir ginger,dry masala and tomato puree dal ke bhune phir aloo pcs dal kar cook ke le jab aloo smooth ho jaye toh fish pcs dal ke mix ke le boiled water add karein apne taste ke according gravy bana le.
