I came up with this one day in a hurry. I needed something for my family for dinner and i needed something quick. I made it and everyone loved it!

I came up with this one day in a hurry. I needed something for my family for dinner and i needed something quick. I made it and everyone loved it!

Poke alot of holes on each side of the chicken with a fork.

Put chicken in a freezer bag with the Raspberry Vinaigrette. I use enough Vinaigrette to cover all the chicken.

Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 mins. The longer the better.

Pre heat oven to 375°F.

Take chicken out of the bag and put it in a baking dish. I also pour a little of the Raspberry Vinaigrette on top of the chicken.

Cook for 20 mins or so. Just until the chicken is cooked to 165°F.
