Cook ribs on high heat until change colour, then wash remaining blood

Pan fry ribs with small amount of water, black pepper, vegetable oil, sugar, chicken powder, salt, ketchup, oyster sauce, garlic, 8 corners, fish sauce and sesame oil

Put above ingredients into pot of water on high heat and turn to low heat after 30 minutes

Remove surface oil and add carrots, continue to hear for 30 minutes on low heat

Check carrots and ribs for softness and turn off heat

After 1-2 hours, remove surface oil

In a bowl, dissolve cornstarch and add to pot while stirring to prevent sticking on the bottom of the pot

Check consistency of soup and add green peas

Cook rice noodle as instructed on package
