Simple buttercream frosting
3 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 cup & 2 tbsp sugar
1 1/3 cups butter
2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix well and rub some of it between your thumb and index finger to make sure that the sugar crystals had dissolved.

  1. 1 2/3 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 3egg whites
  6. 3/4 cupunsalted butter
  7. 3 tspvanilla extract
  8. 1/2 cupmilk
  9. 1/2 cupsour cream
  10. 2 tbspblue food colouring

Cooking Instructions

    Mix wet ingredients until light and fluffy.

    Mix dry ingredients together and make a well in the middle.

  3. 3

    Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients until the sugar crystals had properly dissolved.

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until desired light brown and fluffy.
