Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Separate egg white from egg yolk for Riser and Glazer, respectively.

Mix Riser and Dough in mixing bowl.

Melt and pour butter in mixing bowl when dough forms.

Mix for 10 minutes until dough is able to stretch thin.

Rise dough in oven at room temperature with warm water for 30 minutes or until dough is twice the size.

Release air in dough, cut dough in 12 pieces, flatten each, wrap stuffing, and shape.

Mix Glazer ingredients and spread on shaped dough.

Rise dough pieces at 100°F in oven with hot water for 30 minutes.

Bake dough at 325°F for 15 minutes .
