Ingredients

  • 2.2 pounds (1 kilogram)all-purpose flour (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cupspowdered sugar (about 240 grams)
  • 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 cuporange juice (about 240 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonslemon zest
  • 1 cupvegetable oil (about 240 ml)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

  2. 2

    Add the vegetable oil, orange juice, and lemon zest.

  3. 3

    Knead everything together, then shape the dough as desired and coat with sesame seeds if you like.

    Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
