2.2 pounds (1 kilogram)all-purpose flour (about 8 cups)
2 cupspowdered sugar (about 240 grams)
2 tablespoonsbaking powder
Pinchsalt
1 cuporange juice (about 240 ml)
3 tablespoonslemon zest
1 cupvegetable oil (about 240 ml)
Sesame seeds for garnish

Sift the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

Add the vegetable oil, orange juice, and lemon zest.

Knead everything together, then shape the dough as desired and coat with sesame seeds if you like.

Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
