Ingredients

50 minutes
4 servings
  • 800 gBeef liver
  • 1Onion
  • 1Jalapeno chilli
  • 1 tspRajah mild curry powder
  • 1 tspBBQ spice
  • 1 tspSteak n chop spice
  • 2 TBSBrown onion powdered soup
  • 1 TBSMinestrone powdered soup
  • Canola oil to fry

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the onion, jalapeno and fry it then pour your spices on it and the chop the liver in small pieces

  2. 2

    Then let it cook and cover the pot for few minutes.

  3. 3

    Stir and check once it's cooked the sprinkle the soup on top of the liver the pour small amount of water in that way the soup will thicken and make the meat gravy to be thick.

  4. 4

    Serve it with pap. Enjoy
