Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
Makes 1 loaf
  • 9 big piecesSalmon
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 1 tspGarlic paste
  • 1medium potato, boiled and mashed
  • 2large eggs
  • 2 tbspSour cream
  • 2 tbspHeavy cream
  • 2 tbspGhee
  • 1 tspKabab masala
  • 1Onion medium, Fried and crushed
  • 1/2 cupSpinach chopped
  • 1/4 cupParsley chopped (or substitute with cilantro)
  • 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  • 1Green chillies chopped
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Boil the fish and debone it. Keep the flesh aside.

  2. 2

    Combine all the ingredients in a food processor till incorporated. Preheat the oven at 180 degree.

  3. 3

    Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Put the fish mixture in the greased pan and brush the top with Olive oil. Bake for 45-50 mins.

  5. 5

    Once baked, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and broil for another 20 mins. Cool completely before slicing.

  6. 6

    Once cooled slice the pieces and shallow fry in butter before serving. Enjoy!
