Ingredients

  • 100 gRefined flour
  • 250 gChicken
  • 2 tbspoonGinger/garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoonAjino moto
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 nosEggs
  • as needed Water
  • To tasteSpices

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 100 g refined flour in a bowl.... Add 2 tblspoon ginger/garlic paste... 2 eggs... Ajino moto 1 teaspoon...salt as much needed.... Add spices if needed..... Make an thick batter adding little water

  2. 2

    Add 250 g chicken and mix it gradually

  3. 3

    Keep the mixture in fridge for marination..... Atlest for 1 hour

  4. 4

    Deep fry the chicken till it cooks properly...

  5. 5

    Serve it with sour mint chutney... Enjoy
