Preheat the oven to 350°

Lightly grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.

In a bowl combine the cake mix, egg and butter. Mix well. Pat the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and set aside.

In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat well. Slowly mix in the melted butter. Mix well.

Pour the filling onto the crust and spread evenly.

Bake for 40-50 minutes. The center of the cake should be a little gooey, so don't over cook.

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares. This cake is very rich, so you may want to cut into smaller squares than you usually do. I like 1" squares.
