Ingredients

500 gmsspaghetti
3 tablespoonsoil
3 clovesgarlic
Potatoes cubed
1onion
3ripe tomatoes
1 tbsTomatoe paste
Dark soy sauce

Steps

Boil spaghetti in salty water and once al dente drain and rinse with cold water

Mix in the oil and mince garlic and toss
3

Slightly brown the onions add cubed tomatoes till saucy.

Add potatoes and garlic one cup water and let boil till cooked.

Serve hot drizzle with soy.
