All your ingredients should be at room temperature.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl

Beat your eggs in a different bowl. Add in your oil and mix well

Create a well in your flour mixture and gently pour in the egg mixture

Mix well and add in the yoghurt in bits. Mix well but do not over mix.

Pour the batter in your greased pan and bake for 35-40 min or till toothpick comes out clean
- 7
Serve with yoghurt on the side...or with tea
