Golden Chicken
Lightly fried golden chicken.
Steps

Sprinkle the salt and dehydrated garlic on the chicken, and mix well.

Cover a large pan with vegetable oil, so that there is a thin layer of oil over the bottom of the pan.

Turn the stove on low, and once the oil heats up, add the chicken. Mix continuously for about five minutes, and then place the lid on the pan so that it is partially uncovered.

Continue until the chicken is golden (~40min), taking the lid off every 5min to stir. If you notice that the chicken starts to stick to the pan, add a few drops of water every few minutes.

After about 40min, remove from pan and wait for about 10min to serve.
