  • 10 1/2 ozpork liver (about 300 g)
  • 1green bell pepper
  • 1red bell pepper
  • 1/2onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 1chili pepper
  • 1 1/4 cupschicken broth (about 300 ml)
  • leafBay
  • Parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté the onion and bell peppers.

  2. 2

    Add the chili pepper.

  3. 3

    Next, add the broth.

  4. 4

    Let it boil and then blend everything.

  5. 5

    Separately, cook the liver (not for too long).

  6. 6

    Once the liver is cooked, add the sauce.

  7. 7

    Garnish with parsley and bay leaf, and it's ready to eat.
