  • 1 cupfrozen blueberries or frozen pineapple
  • 1 cupalmond milk or regular milk
  • 1 cupmixed greens (lettuce/spinach/kale)
  • 1banana or 1/2 avacado
  • 2 tbsppeanut butter
  • 11 teaspoon maple syrup or honey for sweetness
  • 11 teaspoon chia/hemp/flax
  • 22 scoops protein powder

    Add all ingredients to blender. Process until smooth. Add more milk for thinner consistency. Add more syrup/honey as needed for sweetness.
