In a bowl, add salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and oil.

Wash and dry the chicken and slice into fajita sized strips and add chicken to the bowl too.

Slice vegetables into large pieces and add to the bowl and stir WELL.

Add all of this to a marinade bag and remove all air from it.

Sit the bag(s) in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Take out of fridge at least 30 minutes before cooking.
- 7
Add oil to a pan, remove veggies, and cook chicken but don't cook it until it gets hard.
