Ingredients

  • 200 gmsPrawn
  • 1/2 cupCoconut milk -
  • 2Chopped onion - medium sized
  • 2Chopped tomato medium sized
  • 1 tspGinger - garlic paste -
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1 tspJeera powder -
  • 1Tej patta -
  • 2 inchDal chiini
  • 3-4Laung -
  • 1Moti elaichi -
  • 2Dry red chilli -
  • 1/2 tspHaldi powder -
  • 1/4 tspKashmiri red mirchi powder -
  • To tasteSalt
  • 5-6Green chillies
  • as neededMustard oil
  • 1 tspGhee -

Steps

  1. 1

    Take prawn and marinate with haldi and salt for 5 min.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan and add mustard oil in it, shallow fry the prawns and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Add all dry garam masala and dry red chilli

  4. 4

    Add onion and stir till it become golden brown

  5. 5

    Now add ginger garlic paste and stir it for 1 min.

  6. 6

    Then add tomato and after 2 min. Add jeera powder, haldi, Kashmiri lal mirchi powder, Salt, sugar and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Add some water in it. Now add garam masala powder, and cook it for 30 sec

  8. 8

    Add fried prawns and after 2 min. Add coconut milk. When boiling cover it for 5 min.

  9. 9

    After that add 1/4 tsp garam masala plans 1 tsp ghee. Mix it well.

  10. 10

    Now ur chingari malai curry was ready to eat

  11. 11

    Serve with rice.
