1 tbspcorn flour
1 tbspbaking powder
1 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspsalt
2 tspegg white
1 tspwhite pepper
75 mlwater
1 tbspdark soya sauce
1 tbspvinegar
10 clovegarlic
1 tbspseasame oil
1 smallginger

Add cornflour, baking powder,salt, black and white pepper, egg and water and make thick batter

mix chicken in batter and deep fry in oil

In a pan add little seasame oil add chopped garlic and ginger saute for 2 mins

add soya sauce, vinegar and fried chicken to it and saute for 2 mins
