  • 1 lbItalian Bread
  • 3 1/4 cupMilk
  • 3Eggs
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • 1/4 tspCinnamon
  • 1Raisins
  • Bourbon Sauce
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 6 tbspButter
  • 1/2 cupButtermilk
  • 1/2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tbspCorn Syrup
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1Bourbon

Steps

  1. 1

    Break up bread

  2. 2

    Mix bread with sugar and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Mix milk, eggs and vanilla - pour over bread

  4. 4

    Mix everything and layer in baking dish with raisins

  5. 5

    Bake at 350•

  6. 6

    Gor Bourbon Sauce: mix all ingredients and pour over bread
