
Whole Wheat Spinach Tortilla

Microwave water, butter, and oil for 1-2 minutes or until butter is melted

Food processor: whole wheat flour, salt, spinach

Pour water, butter, and oil mixture over green whole wheat flour

Knead. Add water if dough is dry

Form 8 small balls. Put balls in bowl. Cover the balls with damp towel and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out dough as thin as you can over wax paper

Heat up a griddle or pan without any oil or grease

Place tortilla on skillet

Flip frequently to avoid burning the tortilla (5-8 seconds per side). Look for golden bubbles to know when it will be done

Remove from heat and let it cool down
