Ingredients

  1. 1 packages16 oz jimmy dean pork sausage
  2. 2 cupCelery, chopped
  3. 1 cupOnion, finely chopped
  4. 4 cupCornbread, toasted and chopped
  5. 1 cupFresh parsley
  6. 1 tspPoultry seasoning
  7. 1 cupChicken broth
  8. 1 eachEgg, lightly beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325

  2. 2

    Cook sausage, celery and onion on large skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly cooked

  3. 3

    Spoon into large bowl

  4. 4

    Add cornbread, parsley, and seasoning

  5. 5

    Mixt gently

  6. 6

    Then add broth egg and mix until blended

  7. 7

    Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole or soufflé dish

  8. 8

    Cover and bake 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated
