Kabuli chana ko cooker me ajwain, salt, 1 tea bag ke saath 7-8 whistle aane tak pakaein..

Fir ek kadai me oil le. Usme jeera daalein, jeera tadakne par usme clove, black pepper, tej patta, cinnamon, star anise, badi ilaichi daalkar thodi der tak pakne de.. fir split green chilli daalein.. fir tomato purie daalkar 1 min tak pakaen.

Onion and garlic can also b used in this but i made it without this..

Add chhole masala, red chilli powder, tamarind paste, haldi and salt to taste.. and cook it for sometime...

After that add ue boiled chhole.. keep it mixing.. also mash a little bit..

Give it a good boil and cook it for about 5 to 7 min more..

Now ur chhole is ready to eat..

For bhature.. u can mix maida, baking soda, salt, dahi, oil and kneed a soft dough with luke warm water..

Keep it for about 7 to 8 hours in a warm place to get fermented..

Take a ball out of it and roll into a poori shape and fry it in a hot oil...

Enjoy ur bhature with hot chhole and some aam ka achhar..
