Steps

Rinse & soak all dals for 1/2 an hour.

Add all dals in a cooker. Add 3 cup water, salt & turmeric powder.

Pressure cook it until 4-5 whistles. Or cook it til dals tender. Switch off gas.

Heat oil/ghee in Kadhai. Add Jeera. Once crackled add onions, garlic, ginger. Saute all until translucent. Add tomatoes, green chillies. Cook it until tomatoes tender. Add all spices. Saute until Masala releases oil.

Add Boiled dal. Mix well. Check seasonings. Add chopped coriander.

Serve with pakwan, roti or Jeera rice.
