In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the milk and salt. Whisk

Sieve mixture to get rid of the bubbles that form

Add all other ingredients to the mixture and whisk

Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add half of the mixture to the pan (on low to medium heat)

Once cooked begin rolling it(do not turn)

Add ¼ of the remaining mixture to the open end of the roll and let it cook then roll.

Add the remaining ¼ to the open end once again and let it cook then finish up rolling.

Carefully remove the egg roll from the pan

Cut it into sizeable pieces and enjoy with a cup of milk tea
