mix you're soy sauce and corn starch together and set aside

put two cups of water in a pot. let come to a boil. add 2 cups of Minute Rice and take off the burner and put a lid over the pot

Saute the chicken tender loins

add water when needed

when chicken is almost done take out and cut up into small pieces then put back into the pan to finish cooking

in a separate pan saute half of an onion

add frozen broccoli and one can of carrots to the chicken

add the saute onion to the chicken

add your soy sauce and cornstarch mixture to the chicken
