This recipe comes from my friend Sybil. Before we headed out on the trails on our snowmobiles Syb and I would make snacks upon our return. This cheese ball was one of many snacks our husbands and friends loved. We would gather at my house, have some beverages and snack on food until we couldn't stay awake. This cheese ball was delicious and easy to prepare and ready to eat after a long day of riding.
