Brei Cheese Dip

A recipe introduced to me by my brother-in-law Chic during a weekend adventure at my house. Our families were staying up late, having some beverages playing "Greed". What a fun time. I still eat this yummy dip at informal occasions but I really like to serve it when I have house parties or at more formal outings. I love to serve this snack. It's simple, it's elegant, and it's delicious.
