Lasaniya Bajra rotla

Mix both the atta. Add salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, Jeera powder and mix well.

Now add the chopped garlic, green chilli, corriender leaves. Than add 1 tbsp oil. Slowly start to Knead the atta. Add water slowly and Knead.

Knead into a not soft not hard dough.

Cover with wet muslin cloth and rest for 15 mins.

Divide the dough into 8 equal balls.

Dust the chakla, apply some oil on the palm and roll out rotlas with a soft hand.

Heat non stick tava in medium flame. Sprinkle some oil. Now put on a rotla.

Cook for 2 mins and sprinkle some water on the upper side of rotla so as to keep it soft.

Once done shift to the other side.

Add some oil. And cook for 2 mins.

Serve the rotlas with gaud, baigan bharta or palak paneer.
