Ingredients

1 bowlboiled noodles
1-1/2 tbsoil
1onion chopped in long slices
1capsicum chopped in long slices
1grated carrot
to tasteSalt
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1 tspvinegar
1 tspchilli sauce
1 tspsoya sauce
1/2 tspgrated Ginger
leavesChopped coriander

Steps

Pan le usme oil garam karein. ginger bhune.

Fir onion, capsicum, carrot dale mix karein.

Salt,black pepper dale.

Add noodles mix lightly

Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce. Mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
