Take abowl and put the batter in it.

Put little salt and apinch of hing in it.

Add little bit red chilli powder also.

Now take a wok.

Put 1tbsp oil in it.

Now put mustard seeds in it.

When it starts splittering add onion and curry leaves.

Put haldi in the onion.

Now add puree.

In puree add sambhar masala, salt, red chilli powder and lemon juice.

Put the boiled corns aside.

If you want you can put the corns in the puree.

When puree is done off the flame.

Now heat the flat pan.

Brush it with the oil.

Put 2 tbspn batter on it.

Now start spreading the batter.

Brush oil around the circle.

Now spread the puree on plain dosa.

On the pure again spread the corns.

Now fold it.

Srve it hot with coconut chutney and green pudina chutney.
