1 bowlhung curd
200 gmMushrooms
200 gmpaneer cutted in cubes
1capsicum chopped in big slices
1onion chopped in big pieces
1/2 tspchat masala
as neededSalt
to tasteRed chilli
Pinchturmeric powder
1 tspoil
Pinchblack salt
Pinchbhuna jeera powder

Steps

Mix all ingredients and rest for 30 min.

Take a nonstick pan add little bit oil and put some marinated pieces for 5-7 min.on low flame.change the side in between.
