Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

Add egg and vanilla, beat until smooth.

Sift together dry ingredients, gradually add to butter mixture. Beat on low til combined.

Beat in milk.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Chill dough for 2 hrs.

Preheat oven to 350*F.

Roll 2 tbsp of dough into a ball. Flatten ball, wrap around a Rolo. Repeat with the rest of the dough & candy.

Sprinkle sea salt on top just before baking.

Bake 10 min, cookies will look soft and underdone.

Let cool 5 - 10 minutes before transferring off cookie sheet.
